The mobile nav felt abrupt. The overlay snapped in with no transition, the nav items just appeared, and the ribbon had no animation at all.

I added a few improvements:

• Added transition-opacity duration-300 ease-in-out to the overlay so it fades in instead of popping
• Staggered the nav items with spring physics and a small blur (4px → 0) so they sequence in
• Gave the ribbon a delayed spring so it drops in after the drawer settles

The playground has tunable sliders for all the parameters — stiffness, damping, stagger interval, blur — with a live code snippet that updates as you drag.
